Returns/Refunds And Exchange Policies

At Nehora, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help – but with a few simple conditions.

  • Returns/Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The original tag must be intact and not removed. Items without tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in your original payment source after receiving the item in same condition and it should be initiated within 48 hrs after delivery.
  • Refund will be credited within 7-10 days in original payment source after receiving the product in original condition.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized outfits.
